Question 1

How much does dog poop removal cost?

Accepted Answer

Weekly service starts at $20 per visit for one dog. Biweekly starts at $25 per visit, and a one-time cleanup starts at $40. Each additional dog adds $5 per visit (weekly and biweekly) or $10 (one-time). Your exact price is shown before you book.

Question 2

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Murfreesboro, College Grove, and Arrington, Tennessee. Franklin and Thompson's Station are planned expansion areas — you can join the waitlist and I'll reach out when service opens there.

Question 3

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. As long as I can access the cleanup area, you don't need to be home. If there's a gate, leave it unlocked or share the access instructions when you book.

Question 4

What happens to the waste?

Accepted Answer

I bag everything I collect and place it in your outdoor trash bin. I don't haul waste off your property, so please have a usable bin available.

Question 5

Can you service a home with multiple dogs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pricing scales with the number of dogs, so yards with several dogs are welcome. Just select how many dogs you have when you book.

Question 6

Do you offer weekly and every-other-week service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Weekly service is every 7 days, and biweekly service is once every 14 days — not twice a week.

Question 7

Is one-time cleanup available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A one-time cleanup is a single visit, paid at booking. It's a good fit before a gathering or after the yard has been neglected.

Question 8

What if I haven't cleaned my yard in several weeks?

Accepted Answer

Standard pricing covers up to about two weeks of ordinary accumulation. If it's been longer than that, the yard may need a custom price — I'll review it and follow up before any charge.

Question 9

What if my yard is large?

Accepted Answer

Standard residential pricing covers a maintained cleanup area of roughly a quarter acre or less. Larger or heavily overgrown properties may need a custom quote.

Question 10

Do I have to sign a contract?

Accepted Answer

No long-term contracts. Recurring service continues until you pause or cancel, and you can stop anytime.

Question 11

What happens when it rains?

Accepted Answer

Unsafe weather — lightning, flooding, or icy conditions — may require rescheduling. I don't charge pay-per-visit customers for a cleanup I didn't complete, and prepaid visits stay owed until they're done.

Question 12

Can I pause or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can pause or cancel recurring service anytime with no extended notice period. Individual visits can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Question 13

Can my dogs be in the yard while you clean?

Accepted Answer

For safety, please have your dogs secured when I arrive. Once I'm finished I'll let you know, and they can have the yard back.

Question 14

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You can pay per visit — a saved payment method is charged only after each completed cleanup — or prepay four weeks at a time. One-time cleanups are paid at booking. Payments are handled securely through Stripe.

Question 15

What is the difference between pay-per-visit and four-week prepay?

Accepted Answer

Pay-per-visit charges you after each completed visit. Four-week prepay bills a set amount every 28 days: weekly service includes four visits and biweekly service includes two. Both options are the same per-visit price — prepay is simply a convenience.

Question 16

Do you clean apartments and HOA common areas?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I work with apartment communities, HOAs, and property managers on custom recurring cleanup. Commercial work is scoped and priced separately — request a commercial quote.

Question 17

Question 18
